After a career spanning approximately 35 years in the public sector in which he served in various capacities including general counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and Department of Veteran Services, Larry now focuses on Probate Court matters such as will, trusts, and estates.

After nearly 15 years as a gang prosecutor in both Essex and Suffolk counties, Matt joined the law firm of Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane where he focused on MGL, c. 32 retirement issues, governmental investigations, and various types of litigation, including both criminal and civil. He now works as the compliance officer and general counsel for the Norfolk County Retirement System.
